Fox Heritage Farm (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers handmade goods through this website. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

All items sold by Fox Heritage Farm are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted products:

• Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur
• These variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade items and are not considered defects

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and photos.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• Orders will not be processed until payment is received

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase
• Shipping is provided via USPS with tracking
• Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided

Fox Heritage Farm is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Orders may only be canceled before shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Fox Heritage Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Products are intended for personal use only. We are not responsible for misuse or improper care of items after delivery.
